🚀 Trials & Getting Started

Q How do I book a free trial?

Download the app from our website, create a profile, choose your class, and book a FREE Trial. Message us to confirm your booking.

Q What should I expect in my first class?

A structured warm-up, technique demonstration, partner drills, and light, controlled flow practice. You’ll be guided step-by-step and paired with experienced members to help you ease in safely.

Q Do I need experience or to be fit before starting?

No. Classes are designed for all fitness levels — training builds strength, coordination, endurance, and confidence.

Q Can I watch a class before joining?

Yes — you’re welcome to observe a session and speak to a coach beforehand.

🧠 Classes & Programs

Q What styles do you teach?

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi & No-Gi), Submission Grappling, and Muay Thai.

Q Do you run a general “MMA class”?

We focus on mastering the pure arts first (BJJ, Submission Grappling, Muay Thai). This builds deeper technical understanding, timing, composure, and control before mixing ranges.

  • Cleaner, more efficient technique
  • Better control under pressure
  • Improved reaction and range awareness
  • Greater confidence in real-world and competitive scenarios

With strong foundations, integrating skills becomes natural — the essence of effective mixed martial arts.

Q Women-only classes?

Yes. Check the timetable for current women-only blocks. We’ll continue to expand this offering.

Q Kids’ classes?

Yes — structured, age-grouped sessions that build confidence, discipline, coordination, and respect. A parent/guardian must complete both a Waiver and a Membership Agreement before participation.

Q Can I train if I’m older or less athletic?

Absolutely. Techniques rely on leverage, timing, and strategy — not brute strength. Coaches adapt sessions to all ages and abilities.

Q Do I have to compete?

No. Competition is optional — many train for fitness, self-defence, and personal growth.

Q How long are classes?

Classes range between 50 and 90 minutes, depending on the type of class. Sessions include warm-up, technical instruction, drilling, and (where suitable) controlled sparring/pad work.

📱 Booking & The App

Q How do I book or cancel classes?

Use the app for all bookings/cancellations. If a class is full, join the waitlist — you’ll be notified if a space opens.

Q What if I miss a booked session?

Missed sessions count towards your monthly allowance. Please cancel in advance if you can’t make it.
